SJ602 is type of F and alkali agglomerated flux for overlay welding of SAW,alkalinity is 1.8,grain sizeis 2.0-0.28mm(10--60 meshes),off-white spherical particles.This flux is used for strip &wire electrodesurfacing welding.The arc combustion is stable,the weld seam is beautifully formed,Hardly any carbongenerated and less burning loss of chromium,filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC.It hasgood process characteristics and high temperature slag-removal performance.

Usage:

Combining with wires like 2Cr13,H3Cr2W8,etc.,it can be used for surfacing welding of continuouscasting rolls,hot rolls,backup rolls,coal millrolls,blast furnace bells and other vulnerable parts.
